Only received a refund when we complained and pointed out that had I come and just bought a coffee I would have been eligible for free parking as I would have been considered to be a customer. But not considered to be a customer when staying overnight. "

Having booked 2 double rooms we were given a suite and a double room - but the suite had no hot water so everyone had to use the other bathroom. The location was great and parking easily available. Beds were quite comfortable."

"Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The desk is scarcely manned. The phone just rings and rings. A sign in lugubrious English is left out for those already at the hotel with a mobile number on it, but those who are trying to call in advance are damned. There is a stench of damp in the hallway. The room is small, dark and unclean. Not recommended by any stretch of the imagination."

"Could not speak to anyone who could understand English! My job finished a day early so I wanted to check out a day early and get a refund but I was passed from one person to another and could not even speak to a manager as they were not on site most of the time! I would not go there again!"
