Rooms were clean but broken. Chair arms were broken. Tv was very difficult to operate. Chair sunk from long wear. Definitely needs undated furniture. Not worth price. Not continental breakfast.

Nice place- would stay again
There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral.
