"They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

"It was really loud. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the laundry machines, the people at the hot tub, and rooms above us."

"I did not have a chance to try breakfast, but the room was clean and nice, and Randy, front desk clerk, was super nice and polite. "

"There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT."

"Overall, my stay was good and the hotel was comfortable. The room was clean and the location/convenience to the airport was great. However, one downside was the soundproofing. I stayed on the first floor, and I could clearly hear people walking around in the unit above me, which was quite noticeable at times. Aside from that, the experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The location was convenient, quiet and close to downtown (with a car). The hotel had sufficient parking.The hotel was dog friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options. "

"This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel."

"The front desk staff seemed annoyed. Not welcoming at all. The room was clean, but it was EXTREMELY loud going to sleep (even with earplugs provided) and it sounds like construction or something was happening to the building starting at about 8:30am on a Sunday. Come to find out, it was the cleaning crew but we could hear ever jolt, bang, and voice which was jarring. I’ve stayed here before, but this was not my best experience. "
