"Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and great value. If we had any issues, the staff were quick to fix them. Thank you."

"Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

Troy on reception was amazing great customer services which is very rare. Would I stay again yes I used it for a nights stay after a great day at Jimmy’s farm. "We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

They do appear to have a programme of renovations in hand, but our corner room had several cracked window panes and dated furnishings. The sink does not have a mixer tap, and the hot water is scalding, while there is almost no water pressure for the shower. "A convenience hotel and no more. For us it just happened to be very near a wedding we were attending hence staying there and we paid £185 for a premium room for one night as we like our creature comforts including a decent size bed and mattress for a decent nights sleep. Sadly it didn't happen in our room 124. The bed was tiny, as the relatively nice staff readily agreed, telegraphing our complaint was one of many, many dissatisfied guests. "I paid for a room with a window the window does not open. Was so hot no air on. The room was not clean stains on the bedding the floor was covered in dust and human hair. You go into the bathroom there was a huge nail sticking out on the floor. Booked 2 people only got 1 towel? The staff behind desk was nice. But will never go back."

"Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you"
