"Overall this was a solid stay. The facilities were nice and clean and the room we stayed in was spacious. My two gripes with this place is 1.) $30/day valet seemed steep for my car being parked within 10 feet of the entrance. We didn’t even wind up having valet bring our car when leaving because it just seemed silly with how close it is. 2.) Our a/c was struggling to cool the room.
Aside from those two minor gripes, we’re overall happy with our stay."

"Booked a room for 5 guests (2 queens and a pull-out), but they tried giving us a single King at check-in. I had to waste 15 minutes at the front desk just to get the room I paid for. The elevators were a disaster; one was broken the first night, and the other got stuck open on the 3rd floor the next day. We were lucky at least one was in working condition at a time so we didn't have to climb 6 floors. The room was even worse: the intercom didn't work, and staff admitted the whole system was down...

"The breakfast was not the best, but it was edible. The room was clean, gym equipment worked well. Staff was nice and friendly! I’d stay here again for sure. The riverwalk is 15-20 minute walk and 8-10 minute walk to the market. This hotel is family friendly. The parking is free and they have computer if you need it. They also have snacks in the lobby everything is $2 so that’s good. "

"The rooms were clean, with hot water and good water pressure. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was a little firmer than I like, but didn't make my back hurt like some do. The pillows are pretty flat and squishy, but I actually like my pillows that way. The breakfast was really good and the staff were on top of keeping everything clean and filled. There are also washers and dryers on site, which is nice. There is come and go, gated parking, but you do have to watch out...

"The hotel is dated. The tubs show wear. The tv's are small, cheap flat screen and only had two apps, Netflix and YouTube. TV Bluetooth wouldn't work, Remote lagged, and Chromecast wouldn't respond. "Shower floor was dirty, you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while…there was a water ring on the nightstand so obviously that wasn’t wiped down. The worst part was that I booked and paid through Expedia and then hotel charged me on top of that TWICE!!! I had to get ahold of of the manager myself by hunting him down at the other hotel he manages! I guess he is the only one who can give refunds!
