"Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft in guter, ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Innsbruck kommen, werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall erneut buchen."

"The property was in a great location to walk around the historic area, and only an 15 min walk from the main train station. The staff were so helpful. The room was well designed, considering it was on the smaller side and the bed was very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, and warm service. As folks from the US, we are newer to the type of shower with a handheld sprayer, and loved the AC option, but wished it would stay on continuously through the night....

"STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. "Superbe hôtel pour un moment de relaxation. La chambre était très confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a une très belle piscine sur le toit mais petit bémol, il y a énormément d’enfants et la piscine et les espaces autour de la piscine ne sont pas adaptés à des enfants. Lire un livre au bord de la piscine peut s’avérer compliqué avec le bruit et les éclaboussures."

"Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Hotel ist sehr schick und neu. Personal beim Check-in und Check-out eher scheu und kurz angeboten. Wenige bis keine Infos zum Hotel usw. Fahrstuhl Situation eher schlecht. Einer ging gar nicht und der andere viel zu langsam und überfüllt. Treppenhaus nicht vorhanden? Schließfächer im Gepäckraum zur Hälfte alle kaputt und der Rest belegt, so dass wir unser Gepäck einfach im Raum stehen lassen mussten."

I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. "Great location, and nicely decorated hotel. Great breakfast too! However 1) no full mirror in the bedroom ( super annoying for a lady that needs to dress up) 2) réception clerk had a double booking for the same night, gave us the room because we were the first one showing up..but made a whole fuss about it ( not our fault if there were 2 bookings on 2 different platforms made at the same time honestly!)."
