Visité solo una vez el restaurant, nos trataron pésimo, el mesero empujó a mi hijo y nunca se disculpó, nunca me llevaron la cuenta; hasta que me fui a buscarla a la barra pero eso no me impresionó luego del trato que me dieron en el check in. Uno de los meseros (el mismo que empujó a mi hijo) un hombre adulto de unos 30-35 años lo vi coqueteando con dos niñas 15-16 años que viajaban solas o...

"The hotel itself is pretty, but it isn't comfortable. The headboards make it hard to relax and it's not in a great area. I picked it because it was "near" the airport, only it actually is still 20 minutes by car and on top of that their "amenity" of a free shuttle to the airport I couldn't ride except three hours too early or after my flight took off. Kind of diminishes the whole amenity part of it. Lots of construction, not many restaurants around. Wasn't horrible, wasn't great."

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the food at the bar was also very good. The room amenities were thoughtful and high quality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"me gusto que a la hora que llegue era muy tarde de la noche y pude encontrar agua y jugo gratis. que eso me ayudo bastante por lo tarde que era. que no me gusto que en la manana no ofrecieron ni un cafe gratis sino que habia que comprar el desayuno. y lo comprendo porque la economia esta esta dificil. pero un cafe complimentario ayuda."
