"Sadly very disappointing experience. Booked this hotel for my newly wed parents and was not happy about the service they got. I paid for breakfast included and the staff told me that they couldn’t see it on their end so they rejected giving my parents the free breakfast that I paid for. I had to contact Expedia on my end (they were amazing) and get them to call the hotel about the breakfast. After, they confirmed that I actually did pay for the free breakfast but barely gave me or my parents an apology especially after they were so close to paying for the breakfast they had at the hotel, which ended up being completely cold they stated. They also never offered my parents any kind of compensation or anything to make up for the carelessness on their end. Also, we found out that they don’t have shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport which is ridiculous since the hotel is a less than 10 minute drive from the airport. Pretty sure the website stated they had shuttle bus service so that’s interesting. Just a very disappointing experience altogether especially since this was booked as a gift AND was not cheap whatsoever. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately."
