"Renovated Aparthotel in the former private palace of the Doge of Venice. Very large rooms, very clean and modern design furniture. Very friendly staff. Good situated (5 min to Accedmia bridge and waterbus; 12 min walk to Marcus place."
"The location is very convenient , very close where the water taxi drops you off , the price from the St Lucia Station to the hotel is 75€. Elia service was amazing, he helped us from the beginning till the end with the information and even with our luggages. The hotel is so quiet, location is perfect, is so clean and amenities are perfect. Ideal for couples.

"The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel...

"This place is gorgeous and charming. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I didn't love was the carpet in my room – it's seen better days. But the rest of the room was amazing! I totally recommend it."
"I liked it because it was a quiet area away from the crowds. You could take a traghetto to san.marco side or walk for an extra 10 minutes and cross at a bridge. It was definitely less crazy and less touristy. The stores nearby also sold more artisan items and not touristy items, perhaps its because of its proximity to the Guggenheim museum. The room was nice and on theme, washroom was modern and clean. There was ac! Although I would've like some instructions on how to ventilate the room better. "
"Friendly staff. Great location near Accademia which was more quiet than San Marco or San Paolo. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complete with Canadian Maple Syrup... can't beat the real thing from home. Can't wait to return some day!"
"Das Hotel ist AUSGEZEICHNET,alle super nett ,sehr sauber, sehr zentral circa 400 m bis San Marco Platz circa 600 m bis Kanal Grande… 50 m entfernt befindet sich das beste Restaurant Vinovino,wine bar…. Frühstück kann ein bisschen besser sein., aber die junge Mann aus Philippinen, die im Service arbeitet, ist aus gezeichnet, super nett und kompetent… Rezeption Mitarbeiter auch sensationell und Zimmerservice auch… immer wieder…es war ein super schöne Urlaub mit meiner Tochter."
