"Initially we didn’t get email for checkin. Wasted 1hr to solve that checkin issue in hot weather with my partner. We were so tired but your team and hotel team didn’t helped
Also there was cockroach in the room that scared my partner
I am looking for full refund. Very bad experience with expedia and kasa

"I had a wonderful experience talking to Katie. She was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. We had a parking issue, and she handled it with such professionalism that we felt like we were part of her family. The place itself was very nice and clean. Absolutely gorgeous place we will definitely return to them great costumer service as well😊"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!"

"Surprised the free parking was finding a space on the street, a bit misleading in the description. Opted to park at the hotel for an additional $20 per day. Very industrial looking looking with cement floors and exposed duct work. The TV was horrible, no Netflix or hulu as stated in Expedia description. No local channels and it always had connection issues to Samsung streaming tv service. (No football games - ugh). Gym had to tv service either so no watching the news while working out. ...

"When my friends and I stayed at the property. The bed cover had a stain on it. The showerhead was not screwed on properly and it was spraying everywhere, tried to address it with management for a refund. No one in management addressed my concern."
