"Location of the hotel was great for sightseeing, quick subway ride to Statue of Liberty and World Trade Center as well as Central Park. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was at night. Hotel itself is a little beat up but they were renovating the gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was your typical hot hotel breakfast. "

"The only thing I don’t like is that the hotel doesn’t prepare bottle drinking water but gave you $15 per night credit to buy at the marketplace. Just about 2 bottle expensive water. Other than that, great location, spacey space. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. While it is an older-style property, it has been well maintained, though it could benefit from some updates. The double-bed rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they were clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming."

"The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very helpful! When we arrived, my daughter was a bit upset as she had lost something during our travels. The front desk noticed and immediately offered her some tea, which was greatly appreciated! Location is fantastic close enough to walk to everything far enough away that you’re not great in the tourist type of Times Square. Only thing that would’ve made it better was coffee in the room."

"We didnt get breakfast inside the hotel but there’s a lot of choices around the city. We love our place for 2 people. King size bed , clean, fancy soap, shampoo and conditioner, quiet. Good price for a Friday night then paid extra $50 to check out til 3pm and can leave our luggage at the reception while we party til midnight for a wedding at gotham hall. Staff were nice and kind. Ipark is convenient too get your ticket validated at the reception and you only have to pay Per day not per...
