"The room was clean but dated. The furniture needs replacement and the carpet was stained. Our toilet kept stooping up the entire 3 days. The breakfast was good hotel breakfast. The one good thing was it was close to a public bus line and it is free until September."

I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room for this reason and the guy at the front desk seemed surprised that the windows didn't lock. We went to at least 4 other different rooms on the 3rd & 4th floors and it was the same thing. It really wouldn't have mattered very much of a difference on the higher floors, but...

"The place was dirty. The hallways haven't been vacuum in a month. It was quiet. The entire place is run down. Need Paint, Needs general maintenance. The vinyl base in my bathroom was falling off. The shower door handle was failing off. They don't do regular room housekeeping. I was surprised when I came back to my room for the second night, the bed was not made. Dirty towels on the floor. Very disappointing. There is a lack of General Maintenance, and a lack of supervision."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. Check your accounts when staying here. Otherwise beds were comfortable but they over use a very strong smelling cleaning product that may be masking another issue. Breakfast...
