"Grate place"

"Hotel looks brand new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are super cute. Some issues checking in due to malfunctioning equipment so we went and ate dinner first. The restaurant next door is an English pub style which matches the theme of the hotel. Food they're was great.... unlike the hotel breakfast. When i came down there was still over an hour before breakfast hours were over. There was hardly anything there for food, no silverware, no plates, no coffee, and no one around...

"Everything was wonderful, except the cleaning. Staff moved my toiletries around and lost my supply of disposable contact lenses. I was lucky that I had one set in my toiletry bag from previous trips. I think they were trying to organize my stuff on the counter and they ended up throwing away my contact lenses. they really should not be touching my things."

"Breakfast was supposed to be included and described as a top rated meal. The picture shows a beautiful breakfast on the property. I was given a coupon for a local bakery to have breakfast at. The bakery is not very good, you are not served and is NOTHING like what is described in Expedia. Very disappointing."

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is VERY convenient to downtown Half Moon Bay - right in the middle of some stores. Great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet while we were there but I don't know about weekend noise. There is no staff on the premises but they did response to our phone calls to resolve a few minor problems. We paid for parking which was nice for coming and going. "

"The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms have cute ambient led lighting details under the bed and on the ceiling, the bathrooms are new and clean. The staff were super friendly. There is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby and a few great breakfast cafes within a few minutes drive. Great place to spend a weekend!"

"Sue & Michelle were both amazing, the couple housekeepers we saw were also amazing too! Breakfast was offered to be served daily to our room or to be served at the dining room, we chose our room. Surrounding areas were amazing the weather was great, only small thing was that if you’re there mid day when the temperatures get high there is no AC so it could get a bit warm, but if you just open up a window or balcony like we did and it cooled down instantly. " M, awful, dump. Holes in walls, thin walls, loud tenants in rooms and parking lot, dirty, stained towels, toilets and tv’s that don’t work. If you like crack ho’s and drunk people roaming through the parking lot at night, yelling, and screaming, then this is the place for you. If NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful. Stayed one night. That’s enough for me for a lifetime. I’m reporting them to the city and county health departments. RUN, don’t walk away. Just gross!!! "
