"We like going to Grand Harbor Resort bc it has a great location - river walk, aquarium, etc. Park needs to be refreshed and rooms (bathroom specifically) need to be cleaned better. Our last room was very dusty and toilet seat was not clean. I usually wipe all surfaces so I had to do it thoroughly this time given the above-mentioned."

"The room was OK and had comfortable beds. I was very disappointed in the bathroom as it was small and not well cleaned. The grout and edges of the of the floor, around the toilet and baseboard had visible grime and stains, not cleaned well at all. The vanity/sink chrome legs were dirty and rusted. I would not want to be barefoot in there, yuk. The vending machine prices were unreasonably high at $5.50 for a Dasani water and $5.00+ for a regular Hershey bar. There was no ice machine on my floor,...

"The only reason this is a TERRIBLE review is the manager, Palak Patel. At AM check out: 10:30am- I went to front desk to tell Palak I'd been searching for my glasses for 1 hour, I couldn't drive without them, and might need extra time to find them. He deadpan told me I had 30 min to find them because checkout was at 11am, no apology, no emotion, no compassion. 11am- Returned to say I still hadn't found them. He said he had already helped me all he could by telling me I had until 11am to find...

"Good breakfast, mediocre dinner. Food was cold. Room was not cleaned during my stay. Outside of emptying the waste baskets and replacing used towels nothing was done."

"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "
