"The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

"I didn't think paying a damage deposit was necessary. I say this because there have been times when I never got a property would keep the deposit rather than paying it back."

"The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were worn and need to be updated but they were clean which is what I cared most about as we were only staying overnight. The hotels are overpriced so the motel was the best choice if you are price conscious. Still overpriced though since it has no amenities and parking is extra. Should include parking and that would be beneficial. Location - close to every thing"

"Never again, room smelled like a mixture dogfood, mold and cigarette.. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat, a tissue stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The AC unit had a large gap over it that let in bugs. Greasy smudges on furniture likely left by previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. And the towels left in the room were very old and raggedy. The staff seemed pretty nice and the bed/bedding was decent."

"I liked that it was dog friendly. I would consider the hotel a dog hotel. I believe every other room had dogs. The pool was probably the highlight the hot tub. I don’t know about that. I look pretty dirty. The rooms were just standard. I had a two queen beds. It was clean. There was good air air-conditioning. The beds were pretty comfortable. I might say. I would definitely go back if you have a dog."

"The room was decent for the time being just note that once you book the room, they do charge $200 safety deposit fee for the room so be prepared for that and as for the room, it was clean for the bed part there was a stain like somebody spilled something when we just got into the room and it was dried. The room was not dusty at all just smells of cigarette smoking into the vents when you would turn on the AC or the heat and if you were in the bathroom, you would smell a little bit of cigarette...
