"Everything was excellent except the airport shuttle. Waited over an hour while other hotels came by every 20 minutes. Driver shouldn't be in hospitality business. I took a Uber back to the airport since driver only went on his schedule."

"We arrived during a power outage that affected the building we were staying in. After waiting two hours we requested a room in a building that had power. We reserved an ocean front balcony and moved to beach view no balcony. They told us we would lose the balcony but I did not know they would charge us for a balcony room. Not fair!"

"Great place to stay. The staff were accommodating and genuinely focused on the customer experience. The hotel is beautiful with everything in close proximity. The airport and port shuttle were a nice extra. Will stay here moving forward when leaving out of Miami."
