The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts ...

Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree
The room was in disrepair. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. The area where the carpet transitions to a hard surface was frayed and the tack strip was exposed. Stepping on that with bare feet was not fun at all.
