"Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

"As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

"We have stayed here many times. We love this hotel. Close to the pier and town. Lovely surroundings. Lobby clean and tidy, smart in appearance. Fantastic quiet room, located in the back of the hotel (as requested). Very peaceful and comfortable. The staff as always extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and tasty. I would of preferred a bit of fresh fruit for an option but overall very happy with it. My husband couldn't finish all the breakfast (which doesn't happen often :) )...

"I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!"

What we did have a problem with, though, was lack of sleep due to our very noisy, inconsiderate and disrespectful next door neighbours. The TV was really loud til well after midnight. "Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again"
