"Really comfy bed and room which was immaculate including a little note from housekeeping saying enjoy your stay! A lovely touch! Breakfast and my evening meal were absolutely delicious . All staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the chef (with the jack russell puppy) who made the most amazing breakfast! The shower was powerful and the toiletries provided were of great quality."

Town House at Brecon

Town House at Brecon

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed for 2 nights on our Welsh road trip. We were hugely impressed with this lovely little B&B. Beautifully appointed rooms, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The breakfast box is such a great idea, allowing you to eat in or take it with you if you are heading for an early start. There's a lovely collection of continental and local produce, both excellent and plentiful. Lounge area was comfy, and there is an honesty bar which is well stocked with a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Paula and Glen were very welcoming and helped with local knowledge. Both super hosts. A superb and highly recommended B&B. Thank you"

Borderers Guesthouse

Borderers Guesthouse

8/10 Good
"The best feature of Borderers is Gail the lovely hostess. She goes above and beyond to help her guests feel special. A gem hard to find in this crazy world. The building is very old with great history set in the centre of Brecon. The best feature of our accommodation was the bathroom with a wonderful shower. However the room itself was a bit crowded and difficult to freely move around in. Would we stay again - Yes so long as Gail is there!"

Ty Helyg Guest House

8/10 Good
"Lovely spot, very convenient for the centre of town. Very helpful owner. Comfortable bed. breakfast was superb, my only gripe was that the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. It seemed to change temperature dramatically mid shower. Besides that I would highly recommend. Maybe it’s my and my wife’s own ineptitude but neither of us understood the shower."
