"Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient. "

"Brendan and the Eythrope staff exemplify Malay hospitality- we enjoyed our stay immensely and were quite sad to leave. The hotel feels like a home away from home, and the views are amazing. There’s restaurants a few mins away and lots to see and do on the Hill. Would love to return soon"

"Anak anak sampai kamar langsung bersiap ke private pool karena tau asyik berenang di private pool. Ada sauna, ada bath tub ,dan juga kamar tidur yang luas. Tempat bermain di lantai 8 lengkap karaoke, spa, biliard, general pool. Di belakang hotel juga ada restoran seafood enak yang terkenal. Staff di sini ramah-ramah semua. Thank you for the warm welcome and service."

"Good location and nice new hotel but service was not the best. FB staffs need more training and be more hospitable, also check in staffs can be trained to be more informative. Also during my stay there is loud renovation noise going on. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff.The hotel is lovely, needs a bit of updating perhaps but we really enjoyed our stay.The main hotel’s business are conferences of all sort so you might prepare yourself for that aspect of it but didn’t bother us apart from one occasion when the entertainment was trying the music equipment and it was super loud but my concerns were listened to and the issue was resolved."
