Everyone is extremely nice and I am so happy I choosed this place to stay in! My only “complaint” would be May be the high prices in the restaurant for dinner. But you have sodas nerby! I loved the location of this place to! I would come back for suuuure !!!!! "

"The worst place we have ever been. The room was dirty, there were water leaks, cracked walls and floors, broken windows, rusty faucets. It rained the whole night and we could hear the loud noise of the water falling on the tin roof. We had a reservation for four nights and stayed just one, after agreement with the director of paying for one night getting the rest of our money our money back. This never happened. We have been calling them for two months now and they just give bad excuses. Staff at the property was really nice and helpful."

"If you were only staying for one or two nights in Chachagua, then this motel might suit you fine, please be highly aware of their nonrefundable policy. I made the mistake of booking this hotel for two weeks so that I had a homebase for my entire stay in Costa Rica. When I realize that I was not very happy staying there, I was unable to cancel or get refunded for my unused nights."
