"Picked the hotel for a stopover because it's closeby the airport, railway station and a shopping mall. Shuttle bus was promptly on time to pick up customers at the airport and driver was polite and checked to ensure customers were boarding the correct bus. I arrived before check in time planning only to drop off luggage and return later and hotel offered early check in without being asked. This is very much appreciated after a long haul flight. The hotel also offers free shuttle to go to the nearest railway station which is about 20 mins walk away."
