I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday. Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud. Trust me, I rarely leave reviews- good or bad- but this was well worth it! This is the kind of resort that will shape your entire Bali experience."

They go above and beyond to help you and make your stay there so relaxed. They are all so kind, humble and respectful. "We stayed 5 days at Alila Semimyak, we were impressed with twice a day housekeeping and unlimited amount of drinking water, great amenities, cleanliness and the super nice staff. It happened that I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was surprised with a birthday cake and a card from the staff in our room"
