"Cute motel in a great location! Most attractions and hikes that interested us were within 30 minutes. Pool was too cold but should warm throughout summer. We spent 6 nights and wished we had a better room. Our window was small and blocked by a stairwell making it very dark and no view. Also, as people began to check in for the evening the steps were very noisy as they went back and forth unloading vehicles. I would stay here again but pay better attention to room selection. "I really like the location of the property, down the street from Hill city so a little bit out of the congestion. We felt very safe and never had to worry about parking. Nice patio area to hang out on or even cook on the grill. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfy beds. Owners were very sweet and helpful with questions. Light breakfast was perfect, fresh and enough to get you going. Also, a little family run ice creme/ burgers type place across to street that you can walk to. Great location...
