Hotel Motel 6 di Pennsylvania Dutch Country

"First of all, upon entering the room, there was a bad smell; the room was dusty, and there was even a spiderweb on the ceiling. There were no proper curtains—just a thin blind so far too much light streamed in early in the morning, and the bathtub was disgusting. In the hotel corridors, the carpets were dirty and smelled bad, and trash and debris were never cleaned up during our stay. We left a day early; I didn't want to stay in that hotel any longer. "My hotel room blankets had stains on them. I had a king size bed and it only had 3 flat pillows on it. Then the bathroom tub had paint peeled off. I requested a new rag and was told he could see what he could do and they don’t have many extra then never called me back nor did house keeping come. Speaking of house keeping nobody came from the time I came to the time I left. Aside from this my stay was good considering they had shops, food and stores nearby."

"The room reeked of smoke and other smells and was quite disgusting. I had to ask the receptionist to give me a nonsmoking room. They gave me another room but it too smelled of smoke. This is the third time that a hotel I had reserved via Expedia turned out be disgusting. The owners such hotels seem to be using them as cash cows. They don’t invest in maintenance or repairs. I’ll never reserve a hotel through Expedia again. In fact I’m going to delete my Expedia app."

"Needs complete updating. Cable TV was fine; internet worked but had weak signal and could only be accessed in half the room area. The bathroom area showed water stains and paint bubbles ready to peel; shower area was small and antiquated. Toilet was fine. The hardwood floors were clean. The wood furniture was worn.
