"The only decent thing was breakfast. The hotel lobby had buckets catching roof leaks. The first room was as so bad we asked for a different room. We were showed 2 others that were slightly better, but still sub-par. There were terrible drywall patches all over the ceilings, along with huge water stains from leaking water. A terrible patch above the tub/shower looked like a child playing in mud. Mis matched tile repairs on the tub, dirty walls (literally dirty), dirt piled in corners of the bathroom. Rusty clothes rack and TP holder. The sliding door leading to the parking lot had a lock a child could break by pulling the door open. There was a live COCKROACH on the wall in the second room! We only stayed 2days and it was 2 too many. The property is unkept, weeds growing through around the pool area. Drains from the 2nd story balcony’s creat an unwanted waterfall on the 1st floor balcony. All in all; a terrible hotel. Considering the owners sued their insurance in 2020 for 3+ million for hurricane damage they obviously didn’t use the money to repair the hotel. We will never visit this hotel again and advise everyone to steer clear. It’s cheap in every sense of the word. Family of 4"

"The elevators permit was expired Carpeting on stairs and elsewhere was stained The whole place needed fresh paint Multiple huge potholes in the parking lot Closed/abandoned Dennys next door Swimming pool looked nice The ice machine near the front desk was only accessible by stairs i was worried about the safety/security of my car The bath tub was extremely stained The complimentary breakfast was good, make ur own waffles ,sausage. and egggs i won’t stay at this location again, though it was the cheapest in town. "

"They charged $10 to park even for Marriott platinum. Property is in area of shopping strip malls way outside of town. No reason to charge to park. "
