"For the price the rooms were lovely and clean the staff were kind and helpful Nothing was missing and even though the facilities are aged it’s very obvious they are well looked after. Bed was large and quite comfy and bedding was also clean and comfy. Late checkout was £10 for 1pm which is amazing I have no complaints and will be returning"

"Street parking or car park close by. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Room very clean with all you need. Hotel not manned but contact phone available on reception desk and someone will assist with your query when contacted. Only downside was noise from nightclub and revellers at weekend as room was directly above."

"The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. "Reception staff when checking i feel was a bit rude, bed was super hard and very uncomfortable! Night staff absolutely amazing! Went out there way to help us with the bed situation, day staff on check out wonderful just a shame on the staff when we srrived "

"Such a lovely hotel very clean and modern, rooms were lovely too, we had 3 rooms all very new and fresh two with sea view which was great. Bathrooms lovely too all modern with showers. Staff were lovely and friendly the entertainment was great so we’re the entertainment staff. Music and bingo was great, drinks were flowing nicely. Only downfall was the lifts are tiny we had a wheelchair had to take the peddles of to get it in it just about fitted. We will definitely be staying there again "
