"Marlo at the front desk was so helpful checking in and with parking (off site) and luggage. Rooms were clean, spacious, had coffee maker, big shower, all very nice. LOCATION was perfect!! "Great hotel! The spa was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was Very helpful and professional. The location is close to everything you need including restaurants , shopping , the ferry , and all the tourist sights . The room was modern , and although the roof top terrace , pool and bar were closed for the season, it looked modern , clean and had an AMAZING VIEW. The hotel is in a very safe area , (even though Split is very safe anyways ) I would totally recommend this hotel ....

"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. Special thanks to Mario for shuttling us to and from the garage. The whole reception team for great communication from start to finish. Thank you so much!"

"The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time."
