"Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels ."

"We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. "Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again...."

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."

Die Lage ist wirklich gut – man ist relativ nah am Strand und kann vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Parken war problemlos möglich, was ein klarer Pluspunkt ist. Das Zimmer selbst war einfach, aber okay. Ich hatte ein Gemeinschaftsbad, das zwar sauber war, aber persönlich nicht ganz meinen Geschmack getroffen hat. Das muss man einfach mögen – für mich ist ein eigenes Bad angenehmer,...

"We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"
