"The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle. Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. "Leckeres Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Leider lag getragene Unterwäsche auf einem der Stühle, als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Im Badezimmer war das Holz des Waschtisches an der Seite, welche zur Duschwand zeigte, schon sehr aufgequollen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, hat man auch aus den anderen Zimmern gehört."

"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!"
