I didnt like that the hotel was unstaffed after 7pm making the check in process very difficult because you have to check in online and receive codes to use the lifts and enter the rooms on keypads. No room keys . I was worried if I went out after hours and lost the code. The after hours support on the helpline felt like a generic helpline . The price was good but I would rather pay another $70 to stay where there was a 24 hour front desk and room keys . This is all.my opinion because othwr people loke gen z may not have issues with codes being emailed. The room was spacious . The staff were overseas workers with what appeared as only one guy who was often absent from the desk and non existent after 7pm. I might still stay here again if it was just a day trip and if I could check in before 630 pm.

Convenient location, walkable to all of Perth, easy access to trains. We arrived late but received an email with our key codes for the elevator and room. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby for the day, which was very welcome.

Great value stay, property well located for the City and the Optus Stadium. All the team were very friendly and helpful and for the price we were very impressed as a family with the size of the 1 bed apartment. We stayed there for 9 nights during the first Ashes test at Optus Stadium.

Nice and Quiet Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was standard but had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that most of the plugs and the phone in the room weren’t connected, so I couldn’t call reception and had to go downstairs instead. Other than that, the hotel overall was nice and quiet — a good place for a short stay.
