A large portion of this hotel's business seems to be fly in fly out workers and as such they get priority. We were told to turn down our television at 8 pm when it wasn't overly loud. We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room.
