"This was an amazing stay! The property is absolutely stunning inside and out, with expansive views of the Douro Valley. Manuel is an excellent host and even made us dinner reservations at some great restaurants in town. The salt water pool was my favourite amenity. I wish we had planned to stay here for several nights and not just one. "

"GREAT location! And parking in a lot included, which was amazing after a long drive! Staff was very nice. Room is very outdated, but overall comfortable. Had a lovely little balcony overlooking the river which was so nice! Our original room had issues smelling like sewage - we went to the front desk late at night and they immediately switched our room. But no A/C so it was a bit warm, we opened the balcony door to cool off but be aware. I would likely stay again, b/c of the location, walking...

"Beautiful farm...people were very helpful...lovely setting...and great wines and information about wines and ports. Only issue was finding the place...they do not have a sign at the entrance to the property."

"Godt hotel til prisen. Morgenmad helt fin med frugt. Kunne godt have ønsket lidt æg/bacon. Værelset lille, men rent og ok. Fin parkering. Lidt derfra er der mange fine bænke og borde, hvor man kan hygge sig med medbragt mad/drikkelse. Swimmingpool åbner medio juni. Supermarked 5 minutter derfra med stort udvalg. "
