"We did not appreciate the constant loud music outside our room during the day. Even going to tho edge of property did not give us any peaceful quiet afternoons on the beach. Guess this is just not our type of resort. Sorry"

Bartender on the first night was the unbelievable rude to another guest then another bartender came out and was the exact same to me when I questioned him about the drink he made. Kids pool doesn’t open till after 9am…the adult pool is open sooner. "

"Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. Some staff were semi aggressive from asking basic things. Having traveled to other countries, we’d expect vacation service, not al la carte service as everyone expected a tip for basic things. Don’t think I would take my family here again. It’s also very far from the airport. "
