"Recently stayed at hotel it’s very nice and clean. Would I go again ehhh. Property is small so nothing much to look at. The towel guy at beach is a little too much when it comes to returning towels. The buffet is better than the restaurants. I would not bother making reservations. The jerk chicken however is probably the best thing at hotel. Honestly, I gave it a 4 cause it’s probably better than a Riu party hotel."

"The room was very clean, the staff were super nice, they provided everything that was needed super quickly and efficiently. The food was good, Negril buffet style had varieties of food for us to pick from, and the resort had a bar open almost 24/7 for late night cravings. Wonderful experience."

"If it wasn’t for airlines canceling my flight I wish I booked here in the first place instead of where I previously was I loved it here I loved how fresh the food was and how comfortable I was . I do believe if the bedding quality changed and they had more like advertisement towards they’d be very popular true seh they not all inclusive but they worth the money honestly I loved it"

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat. Request Tess as your driver(SunHoliday)!"
