"Excellent! Cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Stanton House Inn. The property is meticulously maintained, the house is as gracious and welcoming as the staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed with a mix of modern touches and lovely antiques. The staff is the heart of the home, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious—healthy options as well as homemade indulgences. We cannot wait for another visit!"

"Very friendly staff. Nice stay, no complaints about the hotel. The only downside was a poor dog who barked all night long, it sounded very stressed out. That is in no way a reflection on the hotel. The two ladies at the front desk were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again"

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"It is a traditional hotel, looks like the hotels from 20 years ago, maintained good, but showed its age. It is clean, but you know something is hidden in the carpet. Good for one night stay, but you would not trust your kids to run around the room with bare feet."

"My stay was fantastic my only gripe is they changed my room from two queen beds to a king because of air conditioning issues in the original room and my son had to sleep on the pullout couch which isn’t as comfortable and I was trying to get all the comfort possible out of my stay. But they did give a little discount which was better than nothing."

"This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced. We arrived early for check-in, and Brian at the check-in desk was very helpful in allowing us to go to our room early. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. All in all an excellent experience!"
