"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"Great location across from the train station and easily walkable to the Duomo, restaurants, cafe’s, shopping, etc. I have stayed here three or four times and the staff are wonderful and I see the same staff year after year which says a lot. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed and includes Prosecco because when in Italy you must start your day with Prosecco! And end your day on the hotel’s Rooftop Bar! One thing, the hotel and rooms have character and are beautiful but not spacious so if...

"We had a very tricky travel day and weren’t even intending on being in Florence that night. The man working the front desk was extremely kind, offered us a bagged breakfast for our early start the next day, coordinated a taxi and gave us helpful information about the train strike. He helped to turn a stressful day into another day that we were able to enjoy on our vacation!"
