"Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel."

"The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. "

"There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. "Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. "

Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender."

"Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering. The sick would not drain properly which I told the front desk lady about. We didnt know about the shower til later. The breakfest is not what we usually have gotten at other Hampton inns. "Room was old outdated dirt in corners, parking lot had trash all around.The sink hot water took 10 minutes to get hot. the breakfast was way below average. I will not be returning to this hotel the pictures are not accurate. this is a 1 star hotel."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!"
