"Die Lage am Ba Kao Bay war sehr gut, eine ruhigere Ecke auf Koh Phi Phi und auch das personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bungalow sehr heruntergekommen. Vor allem das Badezimmer war schlecht ausgestattet, die Toilette war nicht dicht - somit ist das Abwasser nach jeder Spülung ausgelaufen. "Smell from drain, corner room with horrible view, beds hard with tiny ants. No refrigerator, didn’t get water on second day. Asked for room change but staff unable to accommodate. They did put a few extra blankets in the extra hard bed to try to make more comfortable. Despite the nice location it was a very uncomfortable stay. "

"I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in thialand and this place is hands down the worst place imaginable. Whatever you do stay somewhere else. The morning staff was absolutely horrific, the location is a nightmare, the room did not even have toilet paper and my towels were not changed and the balcony was never cleaned. I am shocked how horrible this place was. "
