The front desk lady- an older lady, was completely rude to us when we parked at the front to check in ( even though it was just for a minute). "Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog. "We had Robert check us in both stays. Superb to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. They are lucky to have him on staff. He made sure to accommodate our motorcycles under cover and provided us all types of recommendations and helped carry luggage to our room."

"Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend."

"The location is 5 star! In the middle of downtown. The rooms were nice. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the comfortable lounge/foyer for 24/7 coffee. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful."

"The Village and World Mark is the only place we stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. Excellent for families with the kitchen and separate bedrooms. Amenities are top notch including several hot tubs and pools. Kids love the arcade, afternoon popcorn, and swimming. Very clean room with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. Great staff that are very attentive and make this the best place to stay in Steamboat."
