The restaurant and bar were having some sort of difficulty resulting in no customers getting their orders for upwards of 45 min- 1.5 hours. The staff and customers alike were struggling.

The check in was fast and welcoming. I was greeted with a bottle of water and a cookie. Our stay was great. The pools were nice and the restaurant was good. They have a Starbucks my wife loved every morning.
