"Beautiful area, well maintained rooms. The pool and hot tub were great. We stayed in building 12 and had no issues. Had dinner at Point in Tyme and it was good. Only complaints are the super narrow streets and difficult parking. Also the self parking is so expensive…"

"We asked to move rooms because the a/c was not working in our first room . Than got moved and that room was just blowing air not cold . Woke up extremely sick dehydrated from not air conditioning."

"For the price and proximity to the convention center last minute for Phoenix Fan Fusion, this hotel was better than expected. Room was clean, property was fairly quiet. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep, so can't comment on much else."
