"The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was pretty run down and the carpet was stained and needs a good shampooing. The room has so much potential but needs to be renovated. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean and the WiFi was great! Loved the smart tv with apps to watch a variety of shows while relaxing at night. The service at the adult pool was wonderful and the food was very good and fresh. Front desk staff was friendly. Would love to come back if renovated someday...

"Room was tastefully decorated. Comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants in various price points were close by. We went to Veggie Village which was delicious. Only complaint was the breakfast or lack there of. Some fruit. Small bagels. A waffle maker. The yogurt was in a machine and it didn’t work well. Some pastries and oatmeal would have been appreciated. "

"Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

"I was charged a junk $1 “convenience fee” when paying for on-site parking. There is nothing convenient about having to scan a QR code and enter unnecessary details on a website to pay $10 for parking when the hotel could have simply included that in the room invoice at check-in. Total B.S. "

"The pool was out of service when arrived to the property and when booking online they never said anything about the pool bee out of service! The property was a complete mess! It was under renovation, lots of noise from power tools been use and dust all over the place. None of these was mentioned at the time of booking online, very disappointed will not recommend this property!"
