As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort.

I didn't like how the staff told me that they would not accept my ID. As soon I checked in Knowing i'm not from Arizona and me being above the age 25+ to come find out during my last DAY that my id was valid and since im not from Arizona my ID still qualified for me to drink and go to Casino. Hotel Valley Ho
This hotel is top notch, a hidden gem. The property is one of the best maintained that I've stayed at. And Alex at the pool, is outstanding. He is kind, funny and his energy is hard to match. There is so much to do within one mile - shopping, food, drinks! Can't wait to visit again!
