"Did not have our room upon arrival said they were overbooked. Nothing could be done except to pay for a room that they reserve for walk in customers. Craziest thing I have ever heard of girl said she was new and there was no one else on property tried calling a manager but no response."

Four Points By Sheraton At Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport
"Only thing we didn’t like was the very strong chemical smell in the front lobby. I believe it was supposed to be an air freshener but it smelled more like a chemical warehouse. Drop that particular product and I would rate much higher"
