The property really needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet in the room looked like it was at least 30 years old very dingy, dirty and smelly. Was a great location however, the quality of the facility was lackluster.

Talking Stick Resort
Overall talking stick was a nice and comfortable hotel. However, the pools and hot tub were not clean. There were a variety of dead bugs, bandaids, and leaves in the pool. You can definitely tell the pools haven't been cleaned in a while.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
Airport shuttle got a flat and we were on our own to get to the airport. Found out 10 minutes before we were set to go to the airport. I would think the hotel should reimburse us for the Uber fare. Although stressful, the Uber driver got us to the airport in time for us to check our luggage. Thanks ...

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
The bathroom was dirty especially the shower. You can tell it has been renovated, however, it has not been up kept. The cleaning ladies never cleaned my room or provided turn down service. They only knocked on my door to give clean towels. I really didn’t utilize the pool.
