Property seemed new. Had a smooth check-in and the girl checking me in was friendly. The motel was conveniently close to the concert venue I was attending that night. My bed was comfortable and I liked the fact there was a couch, refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was a slight sound of traffic from the freeway in the morning but easily overlooked. The breakfast served was sufficient. Only complaint was that the potatoes were undercooked. Dining area was spacious as well as the lobby. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the 24/7 coffee bar. My only complaint would be the elevator. One of the only 2 elevators wasn’t working and the one that was was slow. At one point I literally waited 5 minutes to board but to be denied by the maid because she had all her carts in the elevator with her so I had to wait again. I almost took the stairs from the 4th floor where I resided. Overall I’d stay here again if the prices stay reasonable.

Reception staff was not attentive or distracted. Made me feel like it was not important for them to tell me location of facilities (since they already know it). Inconvenient way (found on my own) to get drinking water. Parking was also inconvenient because an employee was parked in the handicap parking spot that I was needing.

Somewhere along the that year or so, hotel property owners have gotten the idea that not cleaning the rooms daily on a multiple day stay is OK. Well it isn't. I want new towels daily an dnew coffee in the room. Please get back to the way things are supposed to work. This way sucks.
