"The airport shuttle ends at 9pm. We had to get a taxi to the hotel.. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, and the front door was locked. We needed to wait and call for a night attendant to let us in."

"Overall, the room was nice except the iron leaked water as it was being used. I didn't have an ice bucket in my room, had to call front desk and go get it. Room service came around when we were in the room, so I jus got towels. Definitely should be more than jus the one way in and out and offer more ..."
