The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. Tho is our go to hotel when we are in Phoenix.

Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Front desk staff was nice and the location was convenient, but the hotel could do some updating. No one ever responded to our hotel communication text messages or answered the phone. The artificial smell that they piped into the main areas was pretty strong.
