"It's a busy hotel with many local dinners. Thus, more traffic and noise than a usual spring hotel. However, it's close to a bus stop and MRT station as well. So it's easy for someone who does not have a car."

"Everything is great about the hotel except the location. It’s kind of far from everything. You have use transportation everywhere nothing walkable. The breakfast is hit and miss. The laundry is a plus with the hot weather."

"Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river."

The staff, especially 張玉燕，provides extraordinary service. They are thoughtful and make me feel welcome. The hotel offers hot springs in the public pool and in the room. Very clean and nice."

"The main thing about this hotel is the views and the hot spring in room. Those were amazing and it is the main reason why you should go. The staff was very helpful and the room was decent. It is more expensive but the experience was good. Breakfast is decent and standard. Overall enjoyed the experience, perfect for a quick weekend getaway to relax with a private in room hot spring!"

"體驗滿意！房間很日式，床很彈很軟，比我家的床還要好。 有接駁私家車很方便，一call不到十分鐘就到達。 最滿意溫泉池，乾淨特式半户外，住得舒適。但要記得帶牙刷牙膏，現在台灣都嚮應環保，去兩間住宿都沒有提供。"

"Even though the location was not in the middle of tourestie places transortation was good. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Internal corridor to the Bank and the Supermarket were super. Especially when raining. Early check In & Late check Out werevery reasonable and very helpful. Front staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here on my next visit Thank you."
