Our room was on the second story and when we went in it reeked like cigarettes. We went back to the lobby and they changed our room with no problem. Travelers Inn
Front desk, unpleasant. Rooms were horrible, dirty sheets, broken appliances, safer lock in door broken flies and one room roaches. Requested bed sheets and was told the did not have access until 7 a.m.

Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd
The staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain anything like were our room was or anything like that. When we got to the room the remote control was broken and when my son tried to watch tv the controller didn’t work so we were not able to us the tv. Just a overall bad experience.
